A Little About Me Everyone calls me “The Old Lady in the Shoe” because I have so many children I don’t know what to do. Our story starts seventeen years ago when we first became foster parents; we adopted two girls then gave birth to three more. We thought we were “done.” Then I got this wild idea that we should have a son, so we adopted six more children; five boys and one girl, making eleven. Thus, the name, “The Old Lady in the Shoe.” Everyone needs free and inexpensive items: games, educational websites, food, books, whatever. So I started this website and blog to help parents and others find great deals on everything they need. Enjoy! |
